Mohd Nasir Ibrahim graduated with a BSc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Teknologi Malaysia in 1996.
He started his career with Petronas Property Management Services Sdn. Bhd. and subsequently joined Basar & Harun Sdn. as a quantity surveyor in May 1997.
He was accepted as a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and as a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Lembaga Juruukur Bahan Malaysia (LJBM) in 2006.
Sr Nasir was appointed as a Director of Basar & Harun Sdn., Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2013.
His forte is in education and hotel sectors. He is a specialist in Public Works Contracts and Procurement of Government Projects
